• 3 year minimum hair styling experience within the professional salon industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Stylish, fashion-forward presentation
• Complete knowledge, skill and passion in all aspects of colour, straightening, cutting, styling and up-dos. Confident in resolving even the most complex colour challenges
• A genuine desire to make our guests look and feel amazing to ensure their constant return
• Ability to market yourself and participate in networking activities/events daily

• Six high traffic locations where a full client base can be built within a short period of time
